Pursuit is not regular physiotherapy.
It is built from 20 years of clinical expertise and personal experience, designed to better the recovery and prevention systems people rely on, so they can get better faster, and stay better.
How it Works
Your BUILD program starts with an expert assessment and diagnosis.
The mechanics of your injury are then explained so you have complete clarity about your condition.
You are provided with an overview of how different tissues heal, giving you a predictable trajectory and timeline for recovery or goal completion.
Specific exercise instructions are built around your condition and lifestyle needs.
If you prefer visual instruction, the BUILD exercise video library is an optional add on where I personally cue each movement, so you can review at your own pace, whenever you like.
Between sessions you can reach me via email or upgrade to the text option so your questions get answered when they come up.
And when your recovery calls for additional expertise outside my scope, you have access to my network of trusted professionals.

The BUILD exercise video library gives you personally cued movement videos for every exercise in your program, with the same clarity and instruction you would receive in the clinic, available to review at your own pace, whenever you need it.
Each joint BUILD covers 9 to 13 exercises and stretches and includes the How We Heal guide, program instructions, and a workout calendar template, giving you everything you need to follow your program with confidence and accountability between sessions.
Individual Joint Library: 9 options. $150 to $250 each. 6 month access.
